I've never seen with a company like this! The answering service acts as if they have the RIGHT to be rude,loud and hood.Mrs.Park doesn't return phone calls, or emails. Most of the amazing staff ran or was disregarding. In January 2024 I requested my family's medical records and I was told it would take up to 30 day's which was fine.
