I’ll be honest, I’m a guy who’s been to plenty of nail salons, so I know a good manicure when I get one. And this was hands down the best experience I’ve had. ShoSho absolutely crushed it. I was looking for a new nail bar as I’m new to the areas. I found this location. It is Professional and has amazing service. I love my nails!!! The design is awesome and creative! The massage was also amazing. My boyfriend had the soft hands manicure and loved it !!! We will now be regular customers for life now. They accept appointments and walk-ins! You won’t be disappointed!
I’ve been going to this salon for nearly three years, I don’t know if they have new management or owners but the service I received today was atrocious. I went in after not going for about 5 months for a dip powder/pedi, I was told it was a 25 min wait. I ended up waiting about 50 minutes. The pedicure was rushed considering I chose a 50$ service. Based on my experiences (I’ve been ~10x’s), they do a good job. But check exactly what’s going in the total cost if you choose to get your nails done here, which I don’t recommend because I’ve caught them at least twice adding extra charges to my total costs. 1. I had gel nails on for about 3 weeks and asked for them to be removed (standard), and they added a +$10 charge for “Dip removal nails only.” They were not dip, and if you’re going to specify “only,” I shouldn’t have been charged that. 2.
