I highly recommend this amazing team! I was referred to this group by my midwife for pelvic pain during pregnancy. Kristi was so knowledgeable, compassionate, and kind. In addition to showing me how to strengthen my support muscles and how to move differently to prevent pain, she also reiterated showing my body appreciation and kindness and having patience for myself as my body was changing during pregnancy. I’ve experienced high quality physical therapy at Beyond Therapy and Wellness; I would highly recommend them! The staff are friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. They work hard to give their patients excellent care.
