Same thing as everyone else, this business is 100% a scam. They never sent an order and the supposed owner kept telling me he was in the hospital with his child having emergency brain surgery (for over a month now). Low life bold crooks, report these people to Nevada BBB of join the lawsuit! They never shipped my product and refuse to refund my money months later.
Wish I could leave a negative star lol this place sucks ass .... straight con artist ... they are just taking people’s orders and not delivering ... we ordered 3 items and it’s junk .... do. Not order from this dump
Horrible customer service. Ordered over a month ago and received nothing. Called and emailed numerous times and have not heard anything back. They deserve less than one star.
Same experience, charged my card the day after I ordered. No communication so after three weeks I contact him. He tells me I need to be patient and that they will ship out in a couple days. At one month I contacted him to cancel my order. My credit card company canceled his payment based on lack of communication. I ordered from Jim at Speaker Sox, within 5 minutes of placing my order he sent me a text with a pic of my package ready to ship that day. Now that is great customer service.
Ordered on Dec 8 and nothing till after christmas !.... I finally did receive them and they were the wrong ones. I sent them back and been calling every since and STILL HAVE GOTTEN NO RESPONSE! I email 3 times a week and also call .. STILL NOTHING.
Ordered on the 9th and haven't heard a thing. 3 emails, 3 phone calls and nothing. How can you run a business like that, answer your phone or send my money back. I wish I would've read the reviews before I ordered.
I can only give one star for getting half my order, called , emails and no response. there is no customer service and I don't recommend using this business.
Not even worth the one star. Took wayyyy to long to ship item out, I understand the Covid crap going on but they could at the very least answer the phone or return an email for an update on status. Then after a month and a half finally get the speaker covers and they’re CHEAP JUNK. Looks like rain poncho material very cheap and the cord edges they cut were fraying bad. Not worth $58 at all but sending bank would be a pain due to this business being so bad with communication. Will NEVER buy anything from these ppl again.
ZERO STARS Worthless Business. Ordered product 2 months ago and no one shipped. No calls or emails back but sure as hell took my money. I own a business too and still check my shit even though we are closed from covid
