This is either a scam business or run so poorly that it should be shut down! It has many online complaints for no communication and not receiving orders. On June 29th I ordered a pair of boat trailer guide pads for a total of $60.94 and paid with PayPal. It is now August 4th, five weeks later. Awful. They don't respond and you have no idea if/when a product will show up.
WORST company EVER!!! When I made purchase online I never received order details or expected shipping date. I have been waiting 3 weeks and have made multiple calls, text and emails WITHOUT any response! I don't care what the excuse may be. This a is a SCAM company. Hook you in and then sink you!!! Joy
Took forever to get product and no tracking number so I could check. When it finally arrived it was the wrong item. Tried web page but it is currently down!
Same as others, the covers were never shipped and had to follow up several times to get them. After less than a year the covers are completely shot, the sun just burned through the flimsy material. Very disappointing in light of the price.

I have bought product from Beyond the Wake several times and have been pleased with their products and response times. They have been very professional in all their dealings. The one time I had a quality problem with a product, they responded very quickly and resolved the problem with a new item. I would continue to use the people in everything cover related . Doug
Agree with everyone. Wish I would have seen these reviews before. I placed an order a month ago and have emailed the company several times and no response. I am going to file with the BBB, post negative reviews everywhere, and also contact PayPal. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!
