Highly WOULD NOT recommend! The worst property manager I have ever experienced. Danyel is extremely rude and very unprofessional. The move out process was unorganized with limited communication from BPM. In general everything they do is absolutely unorganized. We were sent electric bills different days each month with sometimes one day to pay them. We even had service members (plumbers, etc) come to the house and mention how difficult they are to work with. When moving out we had Kandise do a walk through and gave us a list... read more
