I’ve been coming to the studio for some time- I’ve been a member. However, today, I believe I found my instructor. Bianca actually was subbing for another instructor this morning in the Del Cerro location.. She is so good with placing her clients in the right position and cueing. I really felt I was engaging correct muscle groups. I felt like she is extremely knowledgeable and caring towards her clients form and also attending to those that may not be able to get in that position providing modifications.
