Really awesome gym! The owner is so friendly and so is everyone that goes there. It’s also family friendly which is a HUGE plus. I’ve brought my daughters there multiple times and I’ve never gotten a funny look, just welcoming folks all around. Gym owner is very friendly and supportive, and super responsive! I’m out on maternity but am definitely looking forward to returning once I’m cleared. 10/10 recommend this place. It’s a vibe!

They’re always friendly, motivating, and make sure everyone feels welcome. You can tell they’ve built a community here, not just a gym. Highly recommend!

Been a member for over a year. I train w/Matt early in the morning. Sometimes it's busy, most times is quiet. Almost everyone wears headphones & is focused on their own workout, yet they smile, nod or wave. Love the Vibe here.....acceptance & support. Whether you're training or getting fit, it's a gym for everyone.

My husband and I recently started coming to this gym and the owner, Harrison, is so accommodating. He offers our two small kids a space to sit and watch TV as my husband and I take turns getting in much-needed self-care on the machines! Harrison has also taken me on as a training client as I’ve been out of the gym scene since having my 6 year old.
