Visited this boutique with my daughter a few weeks ago and while they carry great brands and have a beautiful store, the customer service completely missed the mark. Not once were we welcomed, acknowledged, or asked if we needed help. Normally I enjoy browsing on my own, but a simple “hello” goes a long way. As a 30-year Ada resident and local business owner, I’ve truly enjoyed watching our downtown area come alive again — new restaurants, shops, and a sense of community that reminds us why we love living here.
