They are so incredibly rude. They hover over you like a hawk when you’re trying to pick your color. I think I had Diane and she couldn’t have been more annoyed I wanted to mix two colors for my base coat. She was huffing and puffing about it. Then they get like 3 other staff to hunch over you and watch. It’s so weird. They also do not say hello or recognize that you’re a human sitting there. The lady who did mines seemed like she was irritated and was being rough with my hands . Made me feel uncomfortable. My French set was rushed she was stingy with the base and left them see through, didn’t cut my cuticles. Got three hearts on two fingers and it was sloppy, I left with polish crust all over my fingers and polish on the sides of my nails but yet they charged more than $60.
