Staff was friendly and the guy that did my nails and pedicure was awesome! He worked quick but steady and did a great job.
Asked for eyebrow wax and tint, they came out good then the employee insisted on doing lashes on me after I passed on the offer twice. I let her do them and asked that they not be dark and thick. They came out super thick and dark and extremely hard where I couldn’t take them off. I go on vacation in 2 days and I’m extremely upset that my lashes look this bad. Michael is the only one who I trust to do my nails. He can shape them, designs etc amazingly well. He's currently on vacation, so I called and asked if they had any availability to which I was told "we can't do designs and stuff" Mind you I only needed a fill in and asked for a French tip. That's it. To then be denied saying "That's too much detail I can't do it" So your telling me none of the techs can do a simple white French tip!? Ain't no way. I came in this morning for a fill and repair of 2 broken nails, the women seemed nice enough but she was so rough, she burned me more than once with the drill bit, and acted surprised when I snatched my hand away. That isn't even my issue though, when I say she butchered my natural nails underneath that is an understatement. She ruined my natural nails when she took the drill bit underneath to clean-up under. I have been growing my nails out for months and they're now ruined. Worst part is I paid her 75 dollars and a 20 doll... read more
