They shouldn’t offer curbside if they aren’t gonna complete it. I waited 20 minutes after pressing “I’m here” and had to go inside to grab it. The place was empty and my drink was melted. Workers are just lazy.
I’m honestly disappointed. My order was missing items, a smoothie was wrong, and I called the store over and over only for the phone to hang up every time. I’m literally the only FNP on duty at local Urgent Care, and I had to drive all the way here because there was no way to contact anyone. Completely unacceptable. The ONLY reason this isn’t a 0-star review is Natalie. She was the only one who stepped up, was polite, helpful, professional, and fixed everything without attitude.
