The food was good. She double checked with my about allergies as well informed me on what was best for me to get on the menu. I didn’t like that they didn’t use bacon pieces and used bacon bits.
I ordered a juice with no ice. When I picked it up I noticed their was ice in it. I told the employee and instead of making me a new juice they dumped out the ice and gave me half my juice back that was watered down. I notified management and they did not rectify the situation. All I got was a sorry which is frustrating for paying $10 for a drink. I usually have great experiences at other locations
Came in on my lunch break for a wrap and a smoothie. I received my wrap but waited over 20 mins after with no communication from staff that there will be a wait. There was only one person in there aside of me. I watched them make multiple smoothies for to go orders that had not arrived yet. When I asked the manager Javon about the wait I received I really nasty remark and him mumbling under his breathe that he can give me my money back.
