He was great! Listen and didn’t judge and gave great advice and reflection questions.
I agree with a prior review. If you are looking for small talk this therapist will work for you. I need a therapist who can provide more than a listening ear. I need strategies/plan. Good luck.
I was very nervous about starting therapy. I had so much anxiety about even making the appointment that I hesitated for so long. As soon as I met MacArthur he made me feel very comfortable and I felt free to speak. I felt seen as well as heard. I look forward to having more sessions with him. I've already started working on things he's suggested to me and I feel better already. If you want a laid back, chill therapist I would recommend him to anyone.
