Proceed with caution. The owner Crystal Nunnery made a bunch of empty promises to secure my business. From day one she and her associates began to limit the work she was willing to do. Im assures 10 hrs of care a week, she never came anywhere near that. I also had issues with her staff damaging items in my home, that were covered, because she had me sign a hold harmless. Proceed with caution.
