Within a year of the wood floor installation the gaps appeared. I made numerous phone calls then and recently, and never heard back from Jason. I still see this floor everyday and feel betrayed by the lack of professionalism and commitment to standing behind his workmanship. He was a referral from a co-worker. Very disappointed.
