When we ran out of kitchen floor tiles during kitchen renovation, we were lucky to find Beyond Flooring. And moreover, Teddy ( located in CA) was extremely helpful and patient with assisting us to identify the correct tiles and to expeditiously obtain the tiles at a local warehouse in NJ! And we could not believe the price! We paid for the same exact tiles 3 ( three) times more at a local boutique kitchen store at the start of our project. Highly recommend to deal with Beyond Flooring for your home projects!
excellent customer service
sent me faulty tile. process to get money back was unacceptable.most companies would have taken the tile and refunded the money. this place, you need approval from manager to return and approval from manufacturer to return. shady policies.
