The durability of their product exceeds expectations. My husband is incredibly hard on his gear, but his Beyond gear hold up to the abuse. I steal his baselayers every chance I can get! Their product line is superior and their shop is incredible. If you get a chance to make it to Seattle, go visit.
This gear is expensive, but also absolutely incredible. These people care about what they do - keeping people alive in the worst conditions. If you die, or just get really miserable, it's not going to be because of what you're wearing. If you're going to do serious sh*t, wear serious gear.
Some of the best gear I have own. Worth every penny!
So i visited the store today to try and get a jacket for someone, this was going to be a return, i had bough one as a Christmas gift and needed to change it out for a different one, unfortunately they did not have it in stock, this is understandable as it was a popular jacket. Was an arc’teryx LEAF guy before. Beyond Clothing’s customer service and willingness to build a relationship with the customer makes all the difference to me. Most importantly, the shear quality of their clothing is BEYOND reproach. Keep up the great work.
Best Customer Service I've yet received. If I need something I email them, they say if they have it in stock. If not, they get it. Love it. -I needed to exchange a shirt so Jordan said mail it in. I said ok, how can I pay to have it shipped back? The rep says no worries, we got you. Next Day UPS delivery! That s what's up!!!
