Mark's session was one of the most powerful sessions I’ve ever had. And I’ve had lots of great bodywork sessions in my life— truly astonishing work. Truly a one of a kind experience. If you are looking for surface level bodywork or a gentle massage, this is NOT your guy and you should probably stay away. However, if you are looking to get to the root of your pain/deeper experiences and unearth stagnant energy/feelings/emotions then Mark’s technique is exceptional.
