About 20 months ago, I had a PRP procedure on my left knee and then a second procedure a week ago. I was pleased to find my severely arthritic joint ("bone on bone") return to a normal, healthy and functional condition after the first injection. I was happy to resume normal activities (working out, walking, and hiking) without pain for much longer than the predicted 12 months. I am hopeful again that the second procedure is just as successful as the first and recommend other patients try this method.
