Bought a Groupon for 3 microderm's had 1 done and 2 left. The receptionist returned my call 3 weeks after I called and left a message to RESECHEDULE. She cancelled my appt and told me "I loose out and can't get refund" before she hung up on me. I called Groupon and got my ALL my money back so 1 microderm for free was worth it, thanks!
Very unprofessional, poor people skills, unreasonable, and they are not understanding. I do not recommend you spend your time or your money here.
This place is simply amazing. It's clean, tastefully decorated and they just remodeled and it's beautiful. Jennifer has been my technician and she is so professional and passionate about her work. I have had no chip manicure, facial and massage. Jennifer hands are blessed. I recommend her to all. My face is glowing and my body feels so much better. Thank you for making my birthday beginning a great day.
