Awful customer service. They take forever to callback, (or don't call back at all) cancel scheduled appointments & treat groupon customers like lower class citizens. Too many great options in Oak Lawn & nearby burbs to put up with these people.
I was a nervous wreck about getting microblading done. Jennifer put me at ease and didn't let me feel guilty for a second for being nervous. She took her time and took great care of me. She and her sister were also wonderful to my kids and husband during the wait. I'm so glad I went!
Nicole is amazing! She has worked miracles on my face, and is so personable!! It is my monthly facial/therapy session all in one!

I've been a client of theirs for at least 3 years and have NEVER had a problem. I've had Vanessa, Nicole and most recently Jennifer as my aestetician and I've been happy with all of them. My face is looking younger than my years (64) and Jennifer even removed a small cyst on my face that had been bugging me for years. I had always been terrified of what a Brazilian wax would feel like, but at 39 weeks pregnant shaving was no longer an option. Nicole took great care of me, and now has a forever client! I've been back after the baby and she was so personable asking about the baby and a joy to talk to. This has definitely become 30 minutes I look forward to every 5 weeks... and believe it or not, it doesn't hurt that bad :p Lol
