Unprofessional and irresponsible. I called not once, not twice, but three times over the course of a week and left a message every single time about a referral. It has been 3 weeks today since the first phone call and I have yet to receive call back. Why is this kind of behavior considered acceptable for medical “professionals”? I called a total of 6 places that first week and of those 6 places only one actually called me back and even then it took them 2 weeks just to tell me they don’t accept my insurance. Highly recommend treatment here with Dr. Tracie. I landed here after seeing a Physical Therapist and a Chiropractor with little to no help following a rear end collision. Seeing Dr. Tracie was my last hope that I would get some relief. My daughter Kylie did her physical therapy here and she loved it, very thorough and professional. And now im doing my shoulder and neck Physical Therapy with them and i cant be happier with my progress. I highly recommend Beyond Basics for all your physical therapy needs.

Stopped my therapy and never returned my many calls. At least she could be more professional and return my many phone calls to get exercises.All I wanted was follow up exercise sheet. No call back after 2 weeks of calling. Very disappointing.

Tracey is one of a kind !!!! ….. she has helped me through some very trying times….. I would and have recommended her to anyone
