Unprofessional to the point where i called in 15min prior my arrival and Charity Williams picked the phone, i automatically stated that since i was coming from another town plus being a barber the time schedule differs a little sometimes but i was going to make it 10MIN late at most and if not then is fair for them to leave, she said there is no way they will wait on me even though it was the first time happening and to reschedule for NEXT WEEK, i said “its ok”, next week i come in 10MIN before my time schedule and spoke to ... read more

everyone here is really nice and professional. my sessions have been great and i’ve only done two so far. i feel more comfortable to open up which i haven’t felt in a really long time. my counselor is really good at what he does l!!
