Disappointed with the $10 fee to replace a lost card.
Prompt, excellent service at the Waymouth branch always. It was so good to be able to explain to a branch staff member what my Association required and then to have it done there and then. I assume this is the head office, 1 star for my home and contents insurance renewal which has jumped $40 a month for no reason other than insurers have had to pay out homes in the same town for flooding last year and are trying to recover their profits by charging other residents more despite not being in flood prone areas but just in the same postcode. Beyond Bank itself is great but the insurance arm, with that price rise, not so much. I understand a minor rise due to inflation but jacking up my policy by almost 25% in one... read more
