Beyond Acquatics is a great place to exercise. I have never liked to exercise but it is so different in warm water. The people who work there are so nice and so helpful. You can tell they care about you. The owner is a very caring and Christian person. He will help you in anyway he can. I have met many nice people. I go for weight loss and cardio. I hope you consider trying.
I was having knee problems. The Dr wanted to do a knee replacement; but, with the help of the warm water exercise. I have been able to put off surgery and have my knees get stronger.
This place was amazing!! I wish we lived closer so we could frequent this amazing pool. The pool was perfect for our special needs daughter.
I have been attending Beyond Aquatics in Shelbyville since late December 2017. I love the 94 degree water and the fact the pool is 5’6” deep in one area allows me to use the devices and keep my shoulders under the warm water. I have noticed a significant improvement since December in my stamina in that I can now walk a much greater distance with no shortness of breath or excessive fatigue. In fact we are going on a wildflower hike in the Smokies in a couple of weeks. I highly recommend Beyond Aquatics to anyone and everyone.
I am a veteran that was sent to these people to have a few classes by them in Oct. I received a phone call in Dec. From the receptionist Asking me if I still wanted to come here. I said yes. She said they will call me back in Jan. To this day they have not called me. The VA. Called and told me that my approval has expired so now I have to start all over. I have decided to use my rec. Center. Better and cheaper.
I absolutely love this place. It has changed my life not only does it help my back and neck I'm working on loosing weight all while doing something I love,being in the water. If you have a chronic pain problem of any kind I highly recommend this place.
Love this place so much. Great staff and awesome workouts with the underwater treadmills. I've not been able to run or use a regular treadmill due to multiple (5) knee surgeries. This weekend I ran over a half marathon on Saturday and again on Sunday.
