Before I went in to see Shenise I had not cut my hair in almost 20 years. I was very nervous, but she made me feel relaxed and kept me calm through all of it. She helped me figure out the best length to achieve what I wanted, and did an amazing job. I thought I would cry, but there were no tears once she started on my hair. I have not had one moment of regret, and will definitely be wanting her to cut and style my hair again in the future. The stylists really listen to what you want and then turn your vision into reality. The staff all seem down to earth and easy to talk to while still maintaining the highest sense of professionalism. I would and will recommend Beyond Appearance Salon and Spa to all my family and friends.
I absolutely love my hair. Mercedes did an amazing job. I have never felt this confident about how I look. It has been a long journey for me to feel good about myself and not only did Mercedes do it but the whole salon is an amazing feel. Thank you so much.
