we offered to send Edward back to reservice your carpet. 100% free We are with our family at the beach right now so we are not able to call you from an office setting. Not sure what else to offer you. We offer to make situations right we have time to do it right now in the middle of a sold-out schedule if you’re not interested in doing that there’s not much else we can do.
Edward did a fantastic job on our couches! He was super professional and cleaned our sofas superbly! We have pets so our couches needed a good cleaning and he didn’t disappoint, our couches and home smell fresh and new. This is the 2nd time we requested him specifically. Keep up the good job Edward!
I had an appointment at 5pm for a carpet cleaning (5 areas). Edward called me almost 2 hours early to see if he could clean the carpets early which was way more convenient for me so I agreed to meet him at the house. I ended up taking longer to meet him than I had expected, so when I showed up I expected him to be annoyed, but he had a wonderful attitude.
