Scheduled an appt to have carpet cleaning. Great customer service on the phone; she informed me of the time range in which they would show up and the tech who would be doing it. Andy called to let us know he was on the way, arrived when they stated he would, talked with us about concerns we had on some of our carpets, and proceeded to do the job efficiently. Andy was a pleasure to work with, friendly and professional. Great job Beyer Carpet Cleaning.
