Purchased a plumbing service plan. PAID IN FULL FOR NOTHING! The service technician Felix Segura that has been with Beyer boys since 2002 (per his profile) came to my home on 03 Feb 21 and suggested a new water heater stating there was NOTHING he could do to fix the current one and that it had a significant leaking issue. Only problem with that is I called a different plumber for a second opinion 10 Feb 21 and the significant issues was a build up of rust on the hot water side of the hot water heater and a small leak to the ... read more
