I have been trying to get the office staff to help fix a problem/ health risk for well over 4 months. I have tried to call multiple times and never receive a call back, the office is always locked. This is absolutely ridiculous and I feel like my only option now is to go a legal route. I wouldnt recommend anyone ever live here.

I love living here. Great management and great maintenance! Never had such fast responses! I wish I could pay extra to have upgraded cabinets and appliances though.
I have had 3 leases with this community and thinking about signing another. Office does an outstanding job of keeping me informed about the community. The maintenance staff is spectacular. I've had only a handful of encounters and they took care of me the same day.
I definitely won't be staying here and I don't recommend it. I was told that if see any bugs, even household spiders, to call maintenance so they could spray. First couple of weeks, there were centipede like insects and spiders than the normal "house hold" ones. They sprayed twice. Now, there's ants. I still have a bad spider problem AND there was a mouse. But no one came out to set traps, and it's been two days since I've called. I have children. I pay rent to live in this? Disgusting.
I love living here! Everyone is helpful and the community is clean and quiet!
