These apartments were the best for us as they are .2 mile from Ballantyne ES and .4 mile from shopping (Publix & CVS) and within a 1-mile radius, there are 2 other grocery stores, countless shops, restaurants, while all the time nestled in a quiet section off the main highway, yet close to everything. The amenities far surpass any other place around and the location is great for business activity as well as leisure time. Great starter apartment Very nice starter apartment in a very safe area in charlotte. It is tucked away in the woods off the main road and very quit. Well built apartments with great amenities and easy parking. Across the road from a publixs and Walgreens. I have had no problems with the apartment and the staff has always been helpful and friendly. Pet friendly with a nice area to walk your dog.
