Our son lived at this apartment complex. The walls are paper thin and he was constantly harassed and threatened by a neighbor to the point of feeling unsafe. After breaking the lease, I was told by the manager that he should have called the police. So a tenant should call the police instead of the apartment management resolving issues with tenants who threaten and scream at neighboring tenants?
