Leasing management is not proper. We leased an apartment. We had to raise multiple maintenance requests for fixing existing issues (sink faucets and toilet commode are leaking) and vinyl flooring not polished and full of scratches. Not even installed washer and dryer until we raised request after 10 days of move-in.
The absolute worst apartment complex any any apartment complex, that I've ever resided at. Resided there 5 years. When my spouse and I moved in, in was a decent place to stay but over the years, due to decline, change of management and wreck less, disrespectful maintenance staff in addition to the mold issue in the apartment that they completely ignored after reporting it multiple time. Management is not at all good. Every building has “No Smoking” boards at entrance but some people are smoking weed inside the apartments. Staying here since 6 years but now I am too worried to stay in these apartments.
Moved from Bexley Park and this location has been superior by far! Plus my dogs are loving their backyard, well worth the wait for a vacancy!
I've lived at this complex for over 2 years and it's been a noisy nightmare and I can't wait for my move out date. Noise, noise, noise...If you are NOT living on a top floor then you are going to absolutely hear all of your upstairs neighbors movements. If your neighbor has a barking dog/dogs then you will absolutely hate your living situation and the mgmt team won't do much about it.
