Always very helpful
I have lived at Bexley in West Cary on Rt 55 for about 4 years and I really like it. Maintenance is great and usually responds pretty quick. The office help are friendly and I never had any issues. And NO bugs at all! That was important to me! They have a huge pool, actually two pools and the apt size is good. I hope I can stay here a long time!
This remain one of the best apt we stayed in last 10 years. The Managment was super nice and really enjoyed our stay there. We would Have stayed longer but we move to our own house.
Not satisfied.Staffs are not good to talk.They charge each and everything even though its their fault. Not respecting others.Thinking they can do everything they won't listen to resident complaint.They blame everything to resident they won't accept their fault. How they select such rude behavior staff and manager. After you move in they will show their true color. Dog can do all ------everywhere in lawn area.They won't take action against it. Maintenance is very bad, leasing office was never responsive. Seen 3 snakes in 2 months duration, but I heard black snakes are not venomous. Most of the apartments have roaches. And as everyone says, you will never receive your security deposit back. I made everything cleaned by experts before moving out, like bathtub, toilet, sink, fridge etc. They still charged me 201$ for the unseen stains which are under the carpet. They will just find a way.
