Maintenance is very bad, leasing office was never responsive. Seen 3 snakes in 2 months duration, but I heard black snakes are not venomous. Most of the apartments have roaches. And as everyone says, you will never receive your security deposit back. I made everything cleaned by experts before moving out, like bathtub, toilet, sink, fridge etc. They still charged me 201$ for the unseen stains which are under the carpet. They will just find a way.
Been here since January, application process was so easy and theyre very helpful in the office. I have had a run in w two bugs but honestly ive lived in a “luxury” apt thats had bugs so its kinda inevitable but not the end of the world. overall, great community, walking trail. I like it here! We have been at Bexley at Triangle Park for seven years and feel fortunate to call it home. The management team is very friendly and helpful and cares about their residents.
I've been living at Bexley at Triangle Park Apartments for almost 2 years, and I can honestly say it's been a wonderful experience. The complex is peaceful, well-maintained, and truly feels like home. It has met all of my expectations and more. The staff and employees are always kind, helpful, and professional, they really go out of their way to make residents feel comfortable and supported.
