I wish i could give them Zero star. They have really old looking apartment and on top of that they will give apartments without properly cleaning and checking. And when you moved out they will charge you for everything. We lived there for 5+ years only because of the location, when we moved out they charged us even for carpet and other tooo many things. How would you expect carpet will look same after 5 years of use. Terrible service, bad communication, old broken apartment. Absolute disappointment!

Been here since January, application process was so easy and theyre very helpful in the office. I have had a run in w two bugs but honestly ive lived in a “luxury” apt thats had bugs so its kinda inevitable but not the end of the world. overall, great community, walking trail. I like it here! Update: 8 months in now and maybe its bc its summer but the roaches are out of control. I lived at Bexley at Triangle Park Apartments for 5 years. I moved in during COVID. The first two years, they increased my rent at an absurdly high %. The last two years, they tried to raise my rent higher than what new renters would pay for the same apartment. The carpet was trash. I had to have it stretched twice in the first two years I lived there. It continued to fray along edges, and they wouldn't do anything about it. They refused to take it out while i lived there. Living at Bexley Triangle Park has been such a great experience. The neighborhood is fantastic, quiet, clean, and in a super convenient location. It really feels like a community here. Big thank you to Ava and Elizabeth, they’re awesome! Always friendly, helpful, and really go out of their way to make sure residents are taken care of. Overall, I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice apartment and a great place to live.
