My living experience with Bexley has been positive. I have been a resident for sixteen years. I downsized after ten years and have been in my current space six years. I have not had any major issues. The current Manager, is friendly and professional, listening to any & all concerns. She’s consistently making an effort to improve the property. The office staff is also, kind and professional. I echo what many other reviewers have mentioned — if you're staying in a first-floor apartment here, noise from the unit above can be a serious issue. I’ve been dealing with this for a while, and unfortunately, it hasn’t improved. Despite raising complaints, the response has been underwhelming. I was told to call the community attendant, but no one ever showed up to check on the issue. That said, the location is definitely a strong point — close to many offices and amenities, which is super convenient. I do enjoy living here... read more

This has been hands down the best apartment complex I have ever lived in! The office is so friendly and helpful, and maintenance is quick and knowledgeable.

Love the community and the management staff! Always helpful and always there whenever I need help to fix issues. Thanks a lot to all the maintenance team and office staff. It’s been a more than a year living in this community now. The only thing which I notice during this time that is the cleanness of the breezeway and stairs which needs to be clean more often.
