I am extremely dissatisfied with Bexley customer service. Given that due to my mistake there was a due of only $200-300 ( rent is paid on time every month) but they gave me only a short notice by a letter in the mail with no phone or email. On top of that they send me a legal notice to vacate through a cop even after clearing all dues. There was no email or no-one called to clarify. RecommendedThis is a great place to live...the staff are friendly, it's close to shopping, groceries, restaurants anything you need or want. The apartments and grounds are well kept by a knowledgeable maintenance crew and problems are taken care of in a timely manner. Five Stars to Bexley at Silverado!

I'm moving from this apartment complex only to be closer to work. If not, I would have renewed in a heart beat. This community is great. Staff is wonderful, especially the office staff, including Miranda, Zach, and Sarah, and maintenance is on top of any requests. Communication with residents is excellent. If you are looking to rent in this area, I whole heartedly recommend this property.
I've lived here for 6 years with different management of the property. Bexley is doing a fabulous job keeping the property clean and nice looking. The pool and gym areas are always well kept. The maintenance team is outstanding. Very fast to respond. Clean up afterwards. Extremely polite as well. Highly recommend living here.
As a young couple living in our first apartment together it was an amazing experience. The maintenance team was super responsive and we never had an issue last more than a day. They are constantly working on improving the property and if you have dogs in an apartment this place is a must!! The dog park is amazing and there is a sweet trail that runs behind the complex. Could not say enough good things about this place!!!
