Im writing this review in regard to one of our maintenance team members at Bexley Left Bank. I have lived here over a year and any time I have had issues that I needed resolved quickly, Erin was to the rescue. She came in every single time with the intention of helping and to fix the problem right then and there. She is honestly just such a nice person and makes the maintenance process so easy. Despite the negative reviews about this complex, I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, it seems that the negative reviews are probably very accurate. I did a tour of this complex and was interested in renting a few different potential units. I was in communication with the staff for about 2 weeks about pricing and specials. I had a great experience with Erin coming in and fixing my dryer. She left a very nice note and was super quick with the maintenance. She’s awesome!
Full time maintenance and cleaning staff make a huge difference in the comfortability and reasoning for prices. They respond same day to requests. Today Erin came within hours of an online request and cleaned and replaced my HVAC filter quickly, efficiently and kindly. Lots of appreciation for the staff here
