This property will assure you that maintenance takes just days to complete and will let major issues go unresolved for six weeks and on top of that gaslight you and claim that they assured that things were fixed even when nothing was done. How can you take this dance yet? Also blame external vendors for lack of action? Make it make sense. The walls are unbelievably thin. You’ll hear the conversations in the hallways, your top neighbor stomping, left side neighbor buzzing through the wall with music all day and night and right side neighbors dog barking every AM. You’ll also be smelling your neighbors cooking and grease smells seeping through the walls.

Lived here for a year and had the worst experience. If you have even the most minor of issues don’t expect any help from the office. I had a mice infestation on the 3rd floor of the north building that went unresolved for 4 months. During that time they raised my rent $600 when it came time to renew, while Madera across the street had the same floor plan for $500 less than what I was currently paying.
