Toured this community with Bailey R., she was extremely rude, unprofessional and overall my main reason for not choosing this community. Hiring more inviting leasing agents would definitely benefit this complex.
Originally I left a NASTY review due to the new pool rules and a massive misunderstanding via email with management. After I spoke to Jessica and Bailey (Area Manager and Office Manager) they put my mind to ease. Unfortunately we can’t play music, BUT they explained those rules are coming way above them. If they were actively swimming at the pool, they would want music as well. In order to keep the pace, we can’t play music, BUT they are working on a sound system and hiring more DJs for pool parties! My husband and I visited the apts about 6 months ago and was met with a very professional staff who showed us two apt floor plans we loved, but we still had a few months left on our lease. Fast fwd 6 months and my husband and I went to the Bexley apts to visit friends and get floor plans avail... Wouldn’t recommend- building is built poorly. If you live here you have to constantly tip toe around. Floors are lifting, doors are breaking, gates are constantly broken. When it came time to renew they tried to raise my rent over 500 dollars.
