If you are looking for a great place to live with your family then DON'T MOVE HERE. Since moving in my car has been broken into twice, I've had stuff taking from my patio, and most recently found mold growing in both closets. I had over $10,000 of my stuff damaged by the mold and the apartment complex refuses to take responsibility. Both closets are over the humidity and they keep denying it. I STRONGLY advise anyone looking for an apartment to look somewhere other than here.
I do not recommend renting here. It was great before the new management came in. There are known hot water and water pressure issues. It has been going on for months. Still an issue. Hard to believe with covid going on that they have no urgency in fixing it. Yesterday I submitted a work order because my blower fan on the ac will not shut off even though it's on auto. RecommendedI would love to about my fabulous experience with Big Mike. I had a flat tire and pulled into this apartment facility by chance. I was positively met by Big Mike. He offered his help with the donut. I work two jobs and was on my way to job #1. I must thank him for his help, his positive attitude, and his inspiration.
