Kass ( dash of glamour studio) is the most UNPROFESSIONAL stylist … constantly canceling and rescheduling appointments last minute and making it so hard to schedule a new appointment. Even though her work is MID at best … making an appointment with her is basically begging her because she is extremely unprofessional. First time here and shout out to Ly for getting me straight! Got a bayalge done and she did an amazing job, on top of already having color in my hair and being on a time crunch! Thank you girl! Also another stylist there, Kassy, was kind enough to book me in with Ly last min. Love their team and service.
This happened two years ago but it is worth mentioning again since it seems to have been removed previously which is ridiculous. The salon also has never reached out to address my complaint. I paid $300 for something I am just not happy with. First, she bleached my whole head when I said I did not want any bleach and she had said we wouldn’t need bleach. Talked to the stylist and sent pictures of myself before the appointment so my expectations were known. I am new to the area and am looking for someone who can make me blonde, I only get my hair bleached twice a year to minimize damage. I booked a full foil and consultation so I would have plenty of time, I know my hair is time consuming because it is dark, my roots are long and it requires heat to lift well.
