I had a simple question about the treatment I had scheduled - no response to three voice messages. one text, and the comment field when booking an appointment - over the course of one week. I ended up reluctantly cancelling the appt because I didn’t want to get hit with cancellation fee if i showed up and the answer to my question indicated the therapy was not a good idea for me. Sorry to leave the negative review, but hopefully it will make Be Well more responsive to calls, messages and comments in their appointment booking... read more

I came in for a saline IV and peptide therapy and had a genuinely wonderful experience. The nurses were incredibly kind, patient, and made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. The chairs are surprisingly cozy too
