Superior! Be Well Home Services provided home care for Grandma in 2023 as her health declined. The caregiver was competent, attentive and reliable. Linda, Program Director, was always helpful and available. Be Well is the Homecare ministry of Lutheran Homes of South Carolina, located at Franke at Seaside, Mt Pleasant. Its tough navigating the care of a loved one at home, and we are so grateful for the superior work of Be Well Home Services.
This was my first experience with BeWell. I have utilized similar home health companies previously and did not have ANY of the issues I experienced with BeWell. I was VERY disappointed and would not recommend. Disorganized and unprofessional. The first day my caregiver was scheduled to arrive at a specified time and did not show. When someone arrived the 2nd day she was not able to come inside my home because of her fear of house pets. So I sent her home.
