The ice cream is amazing, but the service was poor. We were so excited to take family visiting from out of town to eat this great tasting ice cream, but the experience was embarrassing. We got there close to closing time. I understand workers need to go home, but they took no longer than 5 min. to clean the tables and just turned the lights off on all the people still inside enjoying the ice cream we PAID for. Customer service was not good especially when you have young ladies half dressed in front on family with kids. Not my kind of scoop of Ice cream. Won't recommend this place.
Will never go back! See my review on yelp! We asked for a taste of the special ice cream. ...we were told they were out of sample plastic spoons. We asked if they could use the regular plastic spoon...we were told they cost more REALLY!!!??? So I said does that mean we can't taste it...we could but we had to hold on to that plastic Spoon to use with our order. ...rely $3.00 a scoop and I have to hold on to a plastic Spoon....I'll just get my I ice cream from Baskin and Robbins. ..they at least pack the scoop in the cone!
