I am not surprised that they have not responded to bbb. They know they made a error and will not acknowledge it. Had a terrible infection in my tooth with decay that was not removed. **************** should be ashamed of himself. Take your money and that's it. Game over.
The Best! I've had a lot of dental work done and I'm happy with all of it, thanks to Dr. Porter and the staff at Beville Dental Care.
Excellent Doctor Dr. Porter and her staff of hygienists are perfect. Their personalities make every visit great. The work they do is commendable, but I like visiting mainly for the employees.

I moved to the area recently, visited the office once, and was happy with the service. Fast forward several months. While my mother was visiting from out of state, she ended up with a severely cracked, painful tooth. I of course recommended that she be seen at Beville Dental. I was also planning to recommend it to my husband, who is looking for a dentist. I will no longer be using this dentist and would not recommend them to anyone. RecommendedThis has been the BEST dental office that I have gone to in a very long time. I have been a patient here for a few years now and I never have an issue with any of the staff. My bills are always accurate unlike other dental practices that I have been to prior. I am very pleased with Dr Patel. I had a difficult broken rear molar and he was very gentle in getting it filed down and putting in a temp crown. Today I went back to remove the temporary and get a permanent crown put in. Best dental office ever! They took me immediately because I had severe nerve pain from an infected tooth. Within an hour the pain was gone and infection was out! The staff is absolutely wonderful and welcoming. I felt at home here! You guys are the best, thank you so much😁

Love Beville Dental Care. I've been going to them for a few years. Prior, I had been going somewhere that a family member had picked/recommended, and I hated it so much.
