Excellent apartments, reasonable rent & policies but if that weren’t enough, they have a truly stand out maintenance team! I cannot say enough about Bill and Tyler. I feel that I am listened to, that the requests are timely addressed and that these two gentlemen in particular are consummate experts and professionals. The entire staff is nothing short of amazing. From answering any service issues to the presentation of their properties, everything is always clean and their attention to detail is important. They are one of the only developers who want to actually work with their tenants and hope they succeed.
