Excellent location. Excellent service at the front desk. Rooms are nice but on the small side. My room was next to a door (I think room 46) and was noisy at times so try to request something away. There is a safe, coffee machine, hair dryer, and Roku TV. You can connect your phone to the TV which was great. Location is beautiful. Easy access to Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, West Hollywood….

Stayed at this hotel nearly 2 months ago and never received my security deposit back still after all this time and no updates either. Very disappointed unfortunately

Stay away from this glorified Motel 6. Service is non-existent. I have been staying here for four days and have yet to receive fresh linens, nor has my room been cleaned--despite the fact that I have asked multiple times. Easily the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life.

I had a wonderful stay at the Beverly Terrace hotel. The room was clean and well appointed. There was an iron, hair dryer, Nespresso style coffee pot with pods and tea in the room. The room was on the smaller side which I did not mind. It is within easy walking distance to WEHO bars and Beverly Hills attractions. Would stay again especially if I was looking for value.
