What a cute stay! Great customer service! Enjoyed the courtyard, restaurant, and rooftop. Any small issues we came across the staff fixed immediately and were very kind. If you are looking to visit SUR or any of the bar scene, its a short safe walk. Also the nicest pillows I have ever slept on. These didnt really impact my stay but things to be aware of: - rooms are on the smaller side - "valet" parking is $35 a night but valet is only there a few hours in the evening. - breakfast doesnt open until 1030am. Please be careful!! The hotel erroneously charged me nearly $200 for “overnight parking” during my entire stay which I did not. I reached out multiple times to the manager, Veronica, who said they would resolve the issue but it is now 3 months since my stay and still no credit. This isnt a problem for US credit card holders where people can dispute but international payments should beware! Veronica is incompetent.

The best thing about Hotel Beverly Terrace is the Staff. I was warmly welcomed by Veronica and Jackie (Managers) and Kiana and Rey (Front Desk) enhanced the guest experience by being super attentive, helpful and always smiling. Jesus and Kevin (Valets) kept the cars well cared for and Mario (Maintenance) and the cleaning crew kept the hotel fresh and lovely at all times. I was visiting LA after an absence of a decade and it was wonderful to feel the hospitality of the hotel team. Thank you for making my stay amazing!
