Check out the rooftop to have a nice view over Beverly Hills. Unfortunately, the isolation was a bit weak and we were (unfortunately) able to hear literally EVERYTHING our room neighbors did.
Friendliest hotel I've stayed in. They really took care of us making things easy at check-in and answered questions with ease. We went to the bar for happy hour and the lady ordered us a round before we even sat down it felt really nice. The layout is cozy, with easy parking, the walkways and interior create a warm isolated environment from the street. Overall great, but what really took it to the next level was the desk concierge Shelby! Went above and beyond to make sure we had the most amazing experience. Truly exceptional at her job.
Great location, great room, and overall the service we got from Shelby Keath sold me. She is one of those people that understands the secret to the service industry lies in heart!!
Beautiful location and beautiful service. The desk hostess Shelby was so accommodating and truly made the experience that much more memorable.
