I am so profoundly grateful to Dr. Smith for being the first doctor to get to the bottom of some mystery symptoms I was experiencing. She listens, does not have that condescending doctor attitude, and gives fantastic care. I am so grateful to her and HIGHLY recommend her.
Dr Smith seemed good at first. But as time went on, she would simply ignore messages either left by phone or sent on mychart. When routinely pressed, id finally get an answer of "Honestly, I dont know." Numerous times in person she would tell me "this is over my head." She was unable to explain test results to me. However, would make changes to my medications and plan of care based on results that she told me she didnt understand.
