Excellent care, chairside manner etc. Found a cavity that other dentists missed. Highly recommended.
Dr. Bev has been our family dentist for 10+ years. Perfectionist regarding her own work. Listens well and respects patient priorities. Has excellent contacts with skilled specialists and does not hesitate to refer work out as appropriate (other dentists I've had want to do all the procedures (root canals, extractions, etc.) in-house to maximize their office revenue. I LOVE Dr. Presley-Nelson. She has taken superb care of myself, my husband and three children for over a decade. I am certifiably neurotic around dentists, and the care I've received from her and her staff is incomparable. In my opinion she sometimes wants to do more than is absolutely necessary (for example, even teeny tiny hints of a possible cavity calls for an immediate filling; dire warnings of probable catastrophe from not wearing a tooth guard, etc.), but all is done in the spirit of the best patient care possible. She's a very good dentist and knows to recommend me to someone else when a specialty is needed. It's true that Kathleen is serious about her hygiene work, but I noticed she could have done better when I compared her to another hygenist I tried. My main problem is with the receptionist who overcharged me and also did not call me when the office was closed on my appointment day. The office is low on technology as in the lack of email communication.
Dr. Beverly and her staff are just awesome. Even if I'd done a crappy job by not flossing or whatever, they didn't guilt me or anything. They always did their darndest to make me feel comfortable, safe, and taken care of. She's the best. And when I say she, I mean everyone there.
I used to go to see Dr. Presley-Nelson but I moved away. I never had cavities or fillings so I did not see her much. But, I can't say enough about the hygienist there who cleaned my teeth for years. Kathleen is the very BEST! She took very good care of me. She is sweet, caring and thourough. What a proffessional in a so-so office!
Dr. Presley-Nelson and her entire staff are wonderful. They are helpful, friendly, professional and great at what they do. I would highly recommend going to this dentist for regular cleanings and other dentistry needs.
