I originally visited this clinic after receiving a message about preventive care services for my pet. That was all I was expecting. However, during the visit, they performed a blood test without clearly explaining the reason or getting proper consent. my beautiful cat Margaurite was ill and needed end of life care. Beverly Pet Clinic was super kind and patient in helping me understand my options regarding her health, make the difficult decision, and on the day were very gentle with Margaurite and me.
