Absolutely terrible place!! IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR FAMILY SAVE THEM FROM THE NEGLECT my nana has been there for 2 years. In the time she has had her items stolen such as her fan and phone. When we threatened to take the issue higher the items suddenly reappeared My nana was just admitted into the hospital with a temperature of 102 she has pneumonia. The doctors told us when she arrived they had her in. 2 SOILED DIAPERS THAT WERE STACKED ON TOP OF EACHOTHER absolutely unacceptable. They didn’t let the hospital know about her ... read more
This hellhole should be shut down!!! Left my immoble mother lying in urine for over 45 minutes. Her requests for her pain meds, which she needed every three hours, went unanswered for too long. She says there are nice people there, but there's no excuse for this.
My wife who has Alzheimer's was at this facility for rehab after surgery. As it turned out this facility was dirty, lacked sufficient staff to provide timely needed care, and was unresponsive to questions or complaints. In most cases response time to nurse's call buttons exceeded 20 minutes, with several getting no response. To add to the insult of poor quality care and dirty conditions was the loss of personal effects such as clothes, shoes, and eyeglasses.
Long wait time, meds are late, food is disgusting
