my mom was here and she kept telling me how good everyone was to her ,that she had no complaints. I would like to thank everyone ,especially Donna Lepew & therapy
Do not send your loved one unless they need only minor rehab services. My father required extensive care and was neglected and in pain to the point where he called an ambulance to evacuate himself.
This place is absolutely tereible!! Their website makes them sound like the top of line updated facility. They absolutely are not!! I am writing this as my last nerve with them has been burned. After months of hearing from my mother in law about things going on there has made me angry. Especially this week with the heat wave. These patients have not had ac all week. On Juneteenth (June 19) I went to meet with all the staff that were going to help with my fiance who had a stroke that lost feeling on the left side and everyone seemed nice. We had lunch then he decided to go to bed and we call for assistance. 2 nurses came in and one of the nurses said show your wife how you can get in the bed like you did last night.
