I only stayed at Beverly for 6 months (cause thats what i needed) but theyre easily one of the best I've been with. It was super easy to get signed up and moved in. Maintence and management is prompt and helpful. Overall great apartment for someone looking to be in downtown and close to Missouri State.
I absolutely LOVE my place! The big windows allow my place to be filled with natural light. The rooms are spacious, h8gh ceilings, modern appliances, countertops, lighting etc.The closet space is good. Having a washer and dryer in the apartment has saved me so much, no more money ot time spent at the laundrymat. The Wifi works great! The locked building adds a sense of safety. This new building is wonderful! The parking lot right next to the building is very convenient. Great location too.
