Beverly Housing Authority is the best.
After living here for quite a while and having a really rough first year living here at Upton Place. I first gave BHA a bad review. After living here a few years, (4) I found that the staff is very compliant. It's not the Ritz but it's a roof over my head. And I have met so many nice people and have obtained many friends. As with any other Housing Association, Upton place has its ups and downs.
