This review is being left for the Beverly Hills Hotel Spa (only) the hotel it’s self was awesome. The SPA on the other hand was a different story. I booked a couples massage since I would be in town for May 7th - I made the reservation a week before I arrived. Once I arrived, I was reassured that I was still set for my 6:00pm couple massage, as it got closer to 3:00pm I called to confirm that we were still set for the massage at that point I was told, only 1 person would be able to do the massage.
